THE OBJECTIVES OF:

• Understand the integrated management systems aboard ships
• Understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Gaining insights into the internal auditing process aboard ships
• Acquire knowledge of planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits aboard ships
• Understand dos and don’ts of internal audit

No Pre-requisite.

COURSE OUTLINE:

• Understand the introduction to management systems
• Exploring ISM—Safety Management System
• Gain an overview of an internal auditing process
• Develop a plan for conducting internal audit of IMS system onboard ships
• Verify compliance through objective evidence and sampling techniques
• Manage roles and responsibilities of audit team members
• Reporting non-conformities and raising observations
