The CadetsPlus Programme is a Pre-Boarding Programme for Cadets who will be joining ships for their very first time, to better prepare them for the transition to work onboard Singapore-Registered ships and amongst multi-national crew.

The programme was first introduced in 2007 and has been extended across the region to cities in China, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.

The training methodology encompasses a combination of Lectures, Group Discussions and Interactive Role-Play.
