WMI shall provide the Student with a cooling-off period of ten (10) calendar days commencing from and including the date of the signed Student Contract. Within these ten (10) calendar days and regardless whether the Course Commencement Date has passed, the Student can submit written notice of withdrawal to the WMI and receive the Maximum Refund amount.
