THE OBJECTIVES OF:

    • To understand and appreciate the role of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS).
    • To value the role of BBS in mitigating the operational risks onboard.
    • To motivate the company executives and sea staff to raise the safety bar across the fleet.

    • People behaviour as the key to sustained safety performance.
    • Behavioural safety & current fleet safety performances .
    • Making a difference through application of Behavioural Based Safety within Companies and across Fleets.
    • Demonstration of leadership both at HQ and onboard ship and that commitment to safety is non-negotiable and the core of all that we do because we care for the life of people, for our assets and the environment in which we operate.
    • How to motivate staff both at HQ and onboard.
    • Applied learning and sharing of good practices and issues.
    • Responsibility and positive impact on behaviours of people across all levels through assertiveness on safety issues.
