    • Providing some knowledge on stress in general.
    • Recognizing the role of culture and individual differences as relates to stress.
    • Increasing awareness on how stress is related to coping skills.
    • Equipping participants with some basic coping skills.

    • Introduction to the Origins of Stress as a Concept
    • Introduction to Stress as a Process of the Physiological and the Psychological
    • The Role of Culture and Individual Differences in Stress and Coping
    • Basic Methodological Coping Techniques
    • Basic Physiological Coping Techniques
