THE OBJECTIVES OF:

    The aim of this course is to understand stress and its contributing factors, explore the role of culture and individual differences in relation to stress. Additionally, it aims to increase awareness of how stress relates to coping skills, and equip participants with fundamental coping strategies for managing stress.

    At the end of this course, learners will be able to: 

    • Awareness of Stress in Daily Living
    • Introduction to the Origins of Stress as a Concept
    • Introduction to Stress as a Process of the Physiological and the Psychological
    • The Role of Culture and Individual Differences in Stress and Coping
    • Basic Methodological Coping Techniques
    • Basic Physiological Coping Techniques
