This course aims to equip ship officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an effective trainer onboard ship. It also equips participants with the necessary knowledge and techniques to excel as trainers while navigating the unique challenges and requirements of a shipboard environment.

At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Participants will gain the ability to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training plans, and deliver engaging and impactful sessions addressing the specific requirements of shipboard operations.
• Participants will refine their communication skills, encompassing active listening, effective questioning, and non-verbal communication, to ensure clarity and understanding during    training sessions, promoting active participation and knowledge retention.
